Kaltura has signed yet another smart partnership deal. The Brooklyn-based video startup will work with online home movie digitization service Home Movie Depot to develop a range of video services.

The partnership will allow users in the Kaltura Network to combine regular digital footage with digitized footage from old 8mm & 16mm films, Beta & VHS tapes, slides, negatives, photos, etc.

Kaltura competitor JayCut has just been confirmed to present at this month’s Web2NewYork networking party.
