Xerpi takes on Digg and StumbleUpon
Social bookmarking network Xerpi officially launched last week. The New York-based company promises to ‘free users from the limits of browser bookmarks’.
What will set Xerpi apart in this already crowded field?
‘I dig sites and I stumble upon sites, but I also need a convenient way to manage and share these sites,’ founder Con Way Ling says in the press release.
On November 20 he will have the opportunity to further justify Xerpi’s existence. Con Way Ling is confirmed to present at the Web2NewYork networking party.

As a user I’d like to say that xerpi is definitely set apart from the rest in the “crowded field”. I love the layout since it is very visual, organic and easy to organize. plus I can tailor my new favorites from public views and friend’s favorites, making it the most efficient sort of social network. There are are a few built in navigation tools which make websurfing breezy but not too much fluff like a lot of other sites. You can add any widget you like, but the site is clean and very appealing. http://www.xerpi.com
