Aaron Bollinger on web 2.0 for non-profit
KickApps is one of the rising stars in the New York web 2.0 industry. The company packages social networking functionality in an enterprise-ready platform. HBO, BET Networks, Scripps Networks and VIBE Magazine use KickApps’ platform to integrate and maintain web 2.0 features in their sites.
Aaron Bollinger, sales director at KickApps, attended last week’s Web2NewYork networking party. On Tuesday August 7 he’s giving a presentation on ‘Myspace, Social-networking, and Web 2.0 for Small Businesses and Non-Profits’ at Bluestockings Bookstore.
The bookstore is on 172 Allen Street between Stanton and Rivington, just a few blocks from our regular spot Gallery Bar. Aaron’s presentation starts at 7 pm. It should be interesting. I’ll be there. For more on Aaron see the website for his book The MySpace Social Guide.
KickApps will present at Web2NewYork sometime this Fall.
